CT Consulting - Catholic Performance Coaching

The client requested the development of a flash-based eLearning module that provided streaming audio and video as well as multiple testing modules.

The solution involved development with two three 3rd party vendors to build a three hour educational course that included comprehension testing and course completion submission services.

After several challenging development sessions and content and technical reviews the course was put live. Unfortunately, this project was not a very thrilling experience of the client. It did however provide an opportunity to discuss the virtues of planning, proper quoting and estimating, and strong communication.

Robert's Thoughts

Originally I was not on this project. I have a schedule conflict and could take the project on. As a result of this my client went with another vendor. But three fourths of the way into the project she requested that I help the vendor get back on track and meet her deadlines. I reluctantly accepted and provided development support building all of the testing modules and providing programming support to the vendor's development team.
