Mid Summer Report

Well I haven't been all that active lately on my website, mostly because I'm working crazy hours for a corporate client (Tektronix). So I have been working on modeling business objects, teaching classes on Drupal module and theme development, and assisting in the integration of 23 different business systems.

Needless to say, it has been exhausting but I think it will be worth it once the client has their first release. We are working on eventually rolling out a 212 domain, 12 language implementation of Drupal covering multiple countries and product lines.

Sadly the job has consumed my life over the last few months (and into the future for the next few months too) so I haven't spent much time on personal projects. I have however successfully built my "Fraken-Antenna" so I can get free HDTV over the air. It only costs me $42.50 for the parts and a few hours of labor. Certainly more fruitful than the $150 I spent on different retail antennas that never worked.
